Factor Accidents & Vehicle Breakdown Into Your Christmas plans

Maame-Abena Opoku-Jackson, a Facebook user has advised Ghanains and fellow vendors to factor accidents and vehicle break downs which lead to unusual vehicular traffic into their event plans. She shared this advice after 'her girl' (presumably her employee) arrived 2 hours late for an event in Mampong. She said:

Dear fellow vendors, especially those of us who trade inter city, town, regional vending, please factor these accidents and 'break down' vehicles on our roads recently and travel days ahead of events.
The over night and dawn travels on event days we practice currently doesn't work. It happened to my team a week ago, an accident delayed my girl for 2 hours causing her to get to Mampong almost 2 hours late for an event.
This accident in the picture delayed me for 7 hours straight between Nkawkaw bypass and Anyinam last Sunday. Thank God I was returning from an event, imagine I was rather going for an event.
To wait in traffic for 7 hours due ro an accident that you were not part of. There were travellers enroute KIA who definitely will miss their flights due to that gridlock on the Accra Kumasi motor road.

This is very important as historically the Christmas season in Ghana has been charecterized by a high number of road crashes. She went ahead to ask:

How best can these RTA vehicles be towed or cleared off the road to allow users go about their activities without that long hours of traffic?
