Details of the Incident:
I boarded a 2M Express vehicle from Konongo to Accra at approximately 1:30 PM. Around 2:30 PM, the vehicle developed a fault. The driver informed a few passengers and arranged a different vehicle only for those individuals. He told the rest of us to wait for another vehicle at a location called Gevekla, which is a mechanical shop.
We were dropped at a fueling station nearby around 3:30 PM and have been waiting since. As of 4:30 PM and beyond, no alternative vehicle had arrived, and the driver could not be reached despite several attempts to contact him via the phone number he provided. He stopped answering calls, leaving us stranded without any official communication or support from the company.

Request:
I kindly request 2M Express and all interested stakeholders to investigate this matter and take the necessary steps to ensure such poor handling of customers does not occur again. Compensation or reimbursement for the inconvenience and delay would also be appreciated.
