Importance of Reporting Yourself As a Foreigner

2yrs ago we visited Funsi for the first time. I didn't know that my husband being a foreigner was supposed to report his stay in Funsi to the immigration office.

So we were approached by one officer who educated us about the importance of reporting oneself to the immigration.

So this time around as soon as we touched the soil of Funsi, we went straight to the office to register my husband.

The importance of reporting yourself as a foreigner in an environment other than that of your regular residency in Ghana is that in case of emergency, it will be easier for the officers to help you out.

It is always advisable to take safety precautions seriously. I am grateful to that officer who educated us on the subject matter 2 years ago.
