To the construction company working tirelessly on the rehabilitation of the Ofankor-Nsawam road, this is a humble plea from those of us who ply this route daily.
While we understand and appreciate the effort being put into improving the road, the struggle with the dust has become overwhelming. Today was no different—thick clouds of dust filled the air, making it difficult to breathe and adding another layer of discomfort to an already challenging commute.
We are already enduring body pains due to the bumpy, uneven roads. Please, we beg of you—don’t let respiratory issues become another burden. We kindly request that water tankers be deployed more frequently to dampen the dust along the stretch.
It’s a small action, but it would make a world of difference to commuters, drivers, and everyone living around this area.
